Background
Building by Bali Beach Garden Projects commenced in Oct 2006 and completed by end of March 2007. The garden and landscaping was done in April and May 2007. The design of the house is a "Buka" which was designed by Theo van de Beek and was one of the designs available from Bali Beach Garden Projects at that time Location
The location in Jalan Tulip, Temukus with latitude/longitude of -8.181372°, 114.982517°. The 40 meters of beach is stable without beach erosion problems. A nearby warung (50 meters) provides basic needs including LPG cylinders, Aqua, cigarettes and beer. It is just 300 meter to the main road where there are more warungs including an Ikan Bakar. There is a petrol station 1 Km to the west in Dencarit. Two Km to the east, there is a good beachfront restaurant at Bagus Homestay. It is 5 Km to Lovina where there are many restaurants, ATMs, bakeries, night life, etc. Seririt is 5.5 Km to the west and has a Hardy's supermarket, ATMs and many shops. Singaraja, the capital city of Buleleng Regency, is 15 Km to the east and has Carrefour, a large Hardy's, banks, government offices, etc. And it is 90 Km to Ngurah Rai International Airport DPS in the south of Bali. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in all. Three are in the main villa, two are in the guest house at the south-east corner of the block and the sixth is a staff room adjoining the car space. Five bedrooms are air-conditioned. The L shaped indoor living area has been used for TV and sitting, but could also include a dining space. The mezzanine floor has been used for office/computer and library as well as a day-bed. The outside living space is the terrace by the large swimming pool (18 meter) and has been used for dining and relaxing. The Bale Bengong has mattresses and cushions for day-time relaxation or out-door sleeping. The kitchen has a gas cooker and oven, granite benchtops, space for a microwave and dish-washer. There is a BBQ just outside the kitchen. Electricity and Water
There are separate electrical meters. One is 7.7Kw and supplies the main villa and pool, while the second is 4.4 Kw and supplies the guest-house and garden. Town water fills an underground tank and is then delivered to the house by a pressure pump. There is also a well that normally supplies the garden, but it can also supply the pool if required or else the whole house. The well water is clean and fresh - perfectly OK for household use. Bali Vnew is a magnificent property in Lovina, North Bali, Indonesia with 40 metres of beach-front onto the Bali Sea - a beautiful, calm and safe beach.
